How the Browse Feed Works
When a client opens Browse by Style, they see a scrollable grid of real nail photos from techs across the app. This is your primary discovery surface — where a client falls in love with a set and taps through to your profile.
The feed uses a smart weighted rotation:
Every tech is included. Even one great photo gets you into the feed.
More photos = more appearances. The algorithm gives more rotation weight to techs with larger portfolios — but with diminishing returns so smaller techs still get seen.
No one dominates. An interleave rule ensures at least 3 other photos show before yours repeats — so the feed always feels fresh to the client.
It reshuffles every visit. Different photos surface each time a client opens the app, so your whole portfolio gets exposure over time.

How Clients Browse by Style
Clients use Browse by Style in two ways — make sure your profile is ready for both.
FIND A TECH MODE
The default. Clients see a 2-column photo grid with your name on each photo. They can filter by distance (25, 50, 100, 250 miles), so photos from techs outside their range are hidden. A complete address is critical here. Tapping a photo goes directly to your profile.
GET INSPO MODE
A pure photo experience — 3-column tight grid, no names, no distance filter. Clients scroll for inspiration from anywhere in the country and save looks they love. Your work still appears here regardless of where the client is located.
Both modes use the same smart feed rotation. More photos = more appearances in both modes.

Tagging Your Photos
When a client filters by shape, type, or style, only photos tagged with those selections appear. Good tags = the right clients finding you.

Tips for Getting the Most Out of MNC

Start with your 5 best photos
Quality over quantity on the free plan. Pick photos that show your strongest, most consistent work — the kind that makes a client say "I want that."

Toggle availability every morning
The "Available Now" filter is one of the most used client features. Toggling on takes 2 seconds and puts you at the top of same-day searches.

Post at least once a week
Posts show on your profile and keep it looking active. Share a promo, a new set you are proud of, or just that you have openings this week.

Upgrade when it is paying for itself
